The Big Blue of the Palma Aquarium is one of Europe’s most impressive aquariums. With more than three million liters of water and a depth of eight meters, it houses over ten shark species—among them the sand tiger shark and the nurse shark—alongside hundreds of fish and rays. Diving in this setting is an experience that redefines the concept of adventure: pure adrenaline, controlled to the millimeter, with a certified instructor by your side at all times.
Scuba diving with sharks at the Palma Aquarium in Mallorca combines the purest excitement with the highest safety guarantees. The dive takes place in the Big Blue tank with an instructor with extensive experience diving with large pelagic species. During the dive, you’ll see sand tiger sharks, nurse sharks, rays, and more than a hundred species of tropical fish. The water clarity and tank lighting create perfect visibility to enjoy the experience and capture it in images. A scuba diving license is not essential. If you’re certified, you can descend to the tank’s maximum depth of up to eight meters. If it’s your first dive, the instructor will accompany you on a baptism experience tailored to your level, starting in the shallowest area. The experience also includes free access to the Palma Aquarium for you and one companion after the dive.
